Through this exercise, you will discover how to build a more harmonious reality, overcoming tensions, contradictions, and negative mechanics to embrace a lifestyle based on Siloist ideals.

ABOUT THE BOOK

From Oppression to Relaxation

This book addresses how our consciousness tends to wander, leading us to fluctuating moods and living in contradiction. It proposes an exercise based on the Principle of Solidarity to change this pattern, generating a relaxed and reflective state of consciousness instead of a reactive one. This shift allows us to progress towards internal unity and record nonviolent action, thus transforming our level of consciousness.

Furthermore, it explores how violence, both external and internal, originates from the mind and is passed down through generations, but asserts that it is possible to break this cycle and free ourselves, while also helping others to do the same. In summary, the book provides tools to confront and transcend violence, both at a personal and social level, promoting solidarity and internal transformation.

Isabel Lazzaroni was born in Tucumán, a northern province of Argentina, on September 13, 1960. After completing her secondary studies, while beginning her degree in Literature, she came across the opportunity to enter the world of journalism. In 1981, she began working at the local newspaper La Gaceta and embraced this profession, which she still practices to this day. What she most appreciates about this profession is that in 1989 it allowed her to approach Siloist humanism and meet Roberto Kohanoff and later Silo, the spiritual teacher of this current of thought known as New Humanism. It was another passion she never abandoned and continues to work for.
